I am here to journey with you; to help you create a place for your most sacred aspects of self so that you can feel more connected to yourself, to others, and to the world.

My psychotherapeutic approach is psychodynamic. Psychodynamic therapy aims to access repressed, painful feelings about past childhood traumas that drive current emotional suffering. As a therapist I take a compassionate yet active role advocating the patient to transform self-destructive habits into allies for health and balance. My therapeutic approach emphasizes emotional experience in the moment. It shares aspects of other healing modalities including:

body-mind practices

somatics

mindfulness

eco-therapy

dreams

I treat each individual as a unique person with unique needs while holding a deep belief that the soul heals itself; we just have to provide a safe space.
